This group has been so great!!  We have so many challengers that are committed and posting on a daily basis!!  It has been soooo much fun!!  This video has me on the floor after my INSANITY workout.  Sweating like a sinner in church...as usual (sweating...not the sinner part..he he)

No judgement...Abs are not my specialty or my strength...
but we keep on pushing and grunting and crying (well...i do of course!)


Each Ab Ripper X routine finishes up with my favoritie ab exercise of the program...

This is why I do it


So we are starting week 2 of our P90InsaniT25 Summer Challenge and the group is going so well!  I received a message this morning and I wanted to share.  This is the reason Rachael and I will keep doing what we are doing!

"I think it is amazing what you guys do for all of us!!  If it wasn't for people like you starting these groups, people like us wouldn't feel the motivation and probably still would be doing our daily routine.  I have tried to diet a million times.  I get up sometimes not wanting to eat or do my video, but then I look at everyone else and the great feedback and it makes me push through it.  At the end of the day I feel like I accomplished something.  Thank you for this opportunity!!!!"

Thank you to Christina Jones and everyone who is participating in my P90InsaniT25 Summer Challenge!  You all rock and I can't wait to see your results!!!

It is truly amazing to see the support coming from this group.  These are people that want to change their lifestyle but just needed a little extra motivation to do it!  These are strangers, they are nervous, they were a little uncomfortable, they didn't know what to expect.  Now they can't wait to post.  They can't wait to lend a hand.  They can't want to help out their fellow group member!

Week 1 DONE!!! P90InsaniT25 Challenge Group

P90InsaniT25 Summer Challenge Update

Welllll Week 1 of my P90InsaniT25 Summer Challenge is in the books!!!  My group is amazing!  We had 25 people sign up and many of them are posting videos pictures, recipes, etc.  It is amazing and I love them all!!!  The best part (besides seeing how positive everyone is) must be the support!!  When one of the members of our group took off on a vacation to Mexico 2 days into the first week, I asked everyone to send me a video trying to keep motivated her motivated.  Without hesitation my group members sent me a short quick clip and I pieced it together into a "Don't Forget Why you Are here" video!!! It was awesome.....

I love the fact that while each and every one of these guys and gals are struggling to keep themselves motivated, stay on track with the workouts and stay on track with their diet....they still took time out of their busy lives to send me a quick video cheering on one of their fellow members!!!  That is soooo powerful!!! 

This group is going to have amazing result!!  I just know it!!!

Can't wait for Week 2!!  Everyone is focused and participating!!  Really Glad to be a part of this group!!!  Looks like their diets are on track and I KNOW the workouts are on track!!!!  Tomorrow is a rest day for the group.  Hope they do rest...cause Monday....it gets REAL!!!

BLOG POST STARTS HERE :Alright...so I didn't get a change to workout last night due to work and event planning.  I got up this morning and tried to bust out a "cardio session" by doing the warm up to Max Interval Plyo.  Everything was going well...until my body decided to handicap me!!!  Classic Nate Films Present....NO PAIN NO GAIN

Week 7 Day 43 - P90x/Insanity Hybrid

I made it to Week 7 of this program.  Feeling great!!  Actually feeling much more muscular than from my last "after" shots.  My pull ups and pushups are getting stronger.  My diet has been a little lazier than the past few months, but I am still at a weight of 186 to 190lbs. Good for me right now and right where I wanted to be.  


Today is Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and Ab Ripper X....Great workout with a killer ab routine after.  More pics and video to come...Stay Tuned

Week 6 Day 40 -P90x/Insanity Hybrid

ALLLLLRIGHT!!!!!  Day 40 of my P90x Insanity Hybrid workout.  I was a little beat today.  We have been going pretty hard working out, taking care of kids, doing our day jobs, and setting up these Beachbody events!  All in all, I feel really good right now, but today the energy levels were pretty low.  Today was one of those days you just close your eyes and push play and take it one second at a time until the blood starts flowing and the sweat starts pouring.  Today was Legs and Back.  I have bad knees.  My left knee is much worse than my right, but they are both fairly weak.  So leg days are always a slow, methodical, take it easy type of day until I get warmed up.  Here are a few videos and pictures from today....

Awww man!!  Back and Bi's workout.  Last night's workout whooped my butt!!!!  Insanity Max Interval Circuit!!  Wow!  I couldn't even finish the workout!!!  Must stay focused and push hard today!!!

Monday Motivation

Its Monday!!  The weekend is over!!  Did you feast or did you stay on track??  (IF YOU NEED MOTIVATION THEN WATCH THE VIDEO AT THE END OF MY POST!) Do you have your workout & meal plans ready for the week.  If you have not then, today is the best day to start.  Take 15 minutes to sit down, plan your week for your workouts & meals.  Make your grocery list and take a trip to the grocery store to stock up for the week.  Prepare your meals.  Plan out what you will eat and when you will eat it.  Be smart.  Make sure to eat at least every 3 hours.  Carbs in the morning instead of late at night.  Don't go out to eat as much.  Make sure you are taking in enough protein.  Don't over eat.  Don't starve yourself.  Find a rhythm.  Know your nutrition goals.

Now, what is your workout program for the week.  Are you exercising to lose weight or gain muscle.  Do you have every day planned out.  Have you considered the time it will take to do the program?  Are you planning on an unforeseen circumstances that could pop up that will get in the way of your workout.  Review your notes and plans the night before.  Get your game face on.

Nutrition and Exercise is just like a business.  Work hard, plan properly & create the right habits and you will be successful.  Fail to prepare, don't plan, get lazy and your results will be a byproduct.

ITS MONDAY....ITS GAME TIME and as the good John McCarthy always says....
