Control Calories

If you are consuming more calories than you are burning, you will not lose weight.  PERIOD.  It doesn't matter if you eat 3 meals, 2 meals, 10 meals a day or eat nothing but celery.  Weight loss is achieved by burning more calories than what you are taking in.

Pretty simple right??
