Week 8 Day 52

Today was Core Cardio & Balance.  This is my Week 8 "slow down" week.  I felt sluggish today until I got going...then BAM!!! I really took off.   I did two workouts today.  Core Cardio & Balance and then I did P90x Back and Bi's!

Sweet workout!  Feeling sweaty and pumped.
