WHAT IS IT??
Morning Meltdown 100, the new program created by Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews.
Morning Meltdown 100 will help you torch calories with high-intensity cardio and resistance training, while a live DJ turns up the energy as you burn off pounds.
A 20- to 30-minute workout!
This program officially launches on BOD October 1.

👉 You will need a light set of weights. Jericho uses 5's and 8's. From what I’ve heard, start light!
👉 The modifiers are to the right of the screen. In the actual workout program you will see them more . Don't judge the level of difficulty of the program to this sample workout as there are many ways to work yourselves up to the moves with the modifiers that will be seen better in the actual program and this is a mashup of many workouts.

👉There are some moves that Jericho talks over about the program during a move change so just keep an eye out for that (take note of this in the beginning during the lightening bolt). She does explain the moves more in detail on how to do them in the actual program.
